Bella, a German import, is best known as the foundation of the Reiteralm line. Her German heritage of hunting talent, structural soundness and trainable temperament has been a priceless contribution to the quality of the modern Weimaraner. She is in the pedigrees of 70 percent of the futurity and maturity winners from 1982 to 1990.

She is probably best known through her BROM son Ch. Maximillian v. d. Reiteralm NSD, whose sixty-two champions stood as a breed record until broken by his own son, Rajah.

Bella is also the granddam of three dual champions, including one that won four national field championship stakes.
