RV INFORMATION
There are 26 RV Spots with full hook ups for $50/night, all other parking is dry parking at $35/night. Must register for RV parking, RV availability is first come first serve and must park in assigned space. Reservation deadline is 5/25/2025.

Payment – Made to the Roberts Centre and must be paid in full when making reservation, check or credit card. Fill out attached form (don’t fill in credit card information) and email to Kirsty Woods, kwoods@columbushospitality.com. She or her staff will contact for payment information, don’t include your credit card details in an email.

No holding or changing assigned spaces. You are responsible for keeping your area clean and disposal of trash when you leave.

Check-in Procedure – Check in at Holiday Inn Hotel front desk to receive RV Parking tag prior to parking in you designated space. Check in is 1:00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm on last day of your visit. Breed will not complete before 12:00 on 6/13 – might want to consider staying through Friday, 6/13.

Tickets are now available on the WCA website and Facebook. Tickets can be purchased by mailing your tickets and a check (address on ticket) or calling WCA Executive Secretary (830-624-9699) with your credit card and emailing your tickets to WCA2025raffle@outlook.com

Mailed tickets must be received by June 1, 2025, to be included in the drawing to be held before the WCA Specialty on Thursday, June 12. Tickets will be sold during the shows. Need not be present to win.

Raffle proceeds benefit the Weimaraner Club of America, Weimaraner Foundation Fund and The Greater Cincinnati Weimaraner Club.

TROPHY DONATIONS
It is time to really start thinking of the 2025 WCA National. Time to consider how we celebrate our breed and its accomplishments. Time for us to come together to share, learn and enjoy our breed.

A list of classes including general fund donations are available on the WCA website under WCA Store. There are 2 ways to donate, online on WCA website or mail a check. Details for both are below. Once a donation is chosen, it comes off the drop-down list.

● Online at https://weimaranerclubofamerica.org/.store/

● Once you are in the Store, please select the tab that says "National Specialty". You can select either Regular Class National Trophy Donation, Performance National Trophy Donation, and/or Junior National Trophy Donation.

● Select the class you want to sponsor, check the box before it and hit enter

● Drop down to the box to write in how you want your donation to read in the catalog. Examples are: your name; in memorial of someone else, or a special dog.

● Proceed to the payment method. You can also donate to the general fund if you wish. We will appreciate any amount to help support the National.

● Multiples – If you want to donate more than your chosen class amount just up the quantity. The system will multiply for donation accordingly.
