Sabre was the sire of eight bench champions, three of them in the Top Ten in conformation: Ch. Nani's Silver Slate, NSD, NRD; Ch. Landbee's Upland Tiger; and Ch. Silver Max V.

He was the sire of Dual Ch. Paron's Bingo and Ch. Peterson's Grosse Hanzel CD, RDX. Hanzel had earned seven field points.

Sabre was the winner of Northstar "All Around Day" many times.
